reality fading out
dimming around the edges
as the sky comes falling down?

as they leap from the lips of sheep
and fall about like snow?

after its loving sun?

the paints and shades restored to you

and watch as they turn deaf to you
as you knew they would from the start?

the nightingale start to sing,
its tone radiant and crystal clear,
soft and warm as spring?

the rain begin to fall,
the bright red droplets running down your cheek
as you follow the Siren's call?

the shadows spread 'cross your sight
as you rush towards the Earth
